Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Impact Consulting AI LLC, a Florida company in the USA ("we"), which runs Where Are We Eating (wawe) at whereareweeating.app and in the iPhone app. By using wawe you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. wawe is free.
Accounts
Nobody needs an account. Voters type a first name and vote; there is no sign-up. An organizer can choose an optional account to keep the votes they start and the crews they name on every device, signed in with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or the device's screen lock) or with Sign in with Apple. There is no password. Keep your device and passkey safe, because anyone who can unlock them can use the account. You can delete the account at any time with "Delete my account" on the Your votes page; Privacy says what that removes.
What you can post
When you start a vote you write a title and may type your own options; when you vote you type a first name. You are responsible for what you type. Do not post anything that is:
- hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual or violent;
- someone else's personal details (phone numbers, addresses, full names of people who did not agree);
- spam, a scam, advertising, or a link meant to mislead;
- illegal, or that breaks anyone else's rights.
Do not try to break, overload or get around wawe's limits, for example by flooding it with votes or automated requests. You keep any rights you have in what you type. You let us store it and show it to people who have the vote's link, for as long as we keep the vote (see Privacy), and use it in anonymous form as that page describes.
Reports and removal
Anyone can tap "Report this vote" on a vote or result page. Names and typed words are checked against a list of blocked words. We review reports and may hide a vote, remove words, or block wording from new votes, without notice. We may also stop serving anyone who misuses wawe.
Places and information
Restaurant names, addresses, links and maps come from open map data (Overture Maps, OpenStreetMap) and can be out of date or wrong: a place may have closed, moved or changed its hours. Check before you go. Ratings shown in wawe are the opinions of other groups. We are not connected to the restaurants listed.
No warranty
wawe is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable or have mistakes.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Impact Consulting AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability for any claim about wawe is limited to 100 US dollars.
The iPhone app
These terms are between you and Impact Consulting AI LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for wawe or for supporting it, has no duty to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as a third party.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using wawe after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
